WR28 Battalion Haworth Home Guard were formed in 2005. The groups aim is to pay tribute to the men who volunteered their time and effort to help protect this country from an expected / imminent invasion force and to keep alive the memory of the largest volunteer army in history.

The Telegraph & Argus photographer Mike Simmonds, organised a portrait evening at Keighley Drill Hall. This was for members of the Camera Club associated with the Telegraph & Argus newspaper. Below are my results from the evening, all shot on a Canon 5d mkiii with 25-105mm, and off camera flash with a beauty dish on.
